Minimum Specific Requirements

• Attach diploma minimum Rating Forming Engine (RFP-E) for Juru Minyak (Oiler) position and Rating Forming Deck (RFP-N) for Kelasi (Seaman) position according to STCW 2010 amendment / Revalidation
• Attach scanned photo of MFA, CMHB, CM, and SAT certificates according to STCW 2010 amendment
• Attach scanned photo of BST (MSC 560 / 108), PSCRB, and AFF certificates (STCW 2010 amendment / Revalidation) proven with online print-out valid for 1 year from recruitment and selection date
• Health Certificate from Balai Kesehatan Kerja Pelayaran valid for 1 year from recruitment and selection date
• Seaman Book valid for 1 year from recruitment and selection date
• Ability to operate digital devices (computer, laptop, and smartphone)
