Requirements

• Minimum education Bachelor’s degree in Management, Industrial Engineering, Civil Engineering, Economics, Accounting, or related field
• Experience in strategic planning, corporate planning, financial modeling, business analysis, or related field is an advantage
• Understanding of RJPP preparation process and company performance measurement
• Knowledge of subsidiary management strategies
• Ability in business analysis, internal and external company analysis, and corporate strategy preparation
• Understanding of management reporting and investment study preparation
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint
• Strong analytical, communication, problem-solving, and presentation skills
• Able to work individually or in a team with good coordination skills

Requirements

• Minimum education Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Business Management, or related field
• Minimum 6 years of experience in similar position
• Experience in cabin / capsule hotel operations is an advantage
• Knowledge of budgeting, cost control, and hotel and café operations
• Understanding of offline and online marketing strategies
• Ability to analyze financial reports and evaluate budgets
• Strong skills in strategic planning, problem solving, leadership, and communication
