Requirements
- Minimum education Bachelor’s degree in Management, Industrial Engineering, Civil Engineering, Economics, Accounting, or related field
- Experience in strategic planning, corporate planning, financial modeling, business analysis, or related field is an advantage
- Understanding of RJPP preparation process and company performance measurement
- Knowledge of subsidiary management strategies
- Ability in business analysis, internal and external company analysis, and corporate strategy preparation
- Understanding of management reporting and investment study preparation
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint
- Strong analytical, communication, problem-solving, and presentation skills
- Able to work individually or in a team with good coordination skills

Requirements
- Minimum education Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Business Management, or related field
- Minimum 6 years of experience in similar position
- Experience in cabin / capsule hotel operations is an advantage

- Understanding of offline and online marketing strategies
- Ability to analyze financial reports and evaluate budgets
- Strong skills in strategic planning, problem solving, leadership, and communication
