It also engages in the cultivation of sugar cane, rubber, and other crops. This group operates under subsidiaries including Indofood Agri Resources Ltd and PT Salim Ivomas Pratama Tbk. Its vertically integrated model supports both upstream and downstream operations, enabling Indofood to maintain control over raw material quality and supply stability.
Indofood’s Distribution group manages one of the most extensive distribution networks in Indonesia. This division ensures that Indofood’s products reach consumers across the archipelago, including remote and rural areas. It also distributes third-party products, leveraging its logistical infrastructure to maximize market coverage and operational efficiency. Job Description
- Controlling activities in Sales Distribution Department, ensuring synergy and coordination with other departments.
- Analyze market trends and develop effective sales strategies to expand customer base and area coverage in line with company targets.
- Establish pricing strategies and drive market penetration initiatives
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure product readiness, timely delivery, and complete documentation for all shipments.
- Monitor sales orders and prepare accurate forecasts to optimize production capacity and resource planning.
- Maintain strong communication with customers, handle complaints effectively, and maintain good relation with customer
- Supervise and drive the achievement of sales targets in alignment with company KPIs, ensuring all customer purchase orders are fulfilled efficiently.
Job Requirement
- Bachelor degree from a reputable university, any major, with minimum GPA of 2.75
- Minimum 6 years of work experience in B2B Sales Packaging
- Persistent and resilient in acquiring new orders and maintaining customer relationships
- Strong and flexible communication, negotiation, and leadership skills
- Skilled in pricing strategy and market penetration
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Holds a valid driving license
