Job Description

• Carry out the administrative process of purchasing goods in SAP according to the procedure
• Email the PO to the supplier and ensure that the supplier receives the PO
• Filling in all purchase documents that are currently or have completed the approval process
• Distributing PO approval to relevant departments
• Monitoring outstanding PR regularly
• Monitoring outstanding PO regularly

Job Requirement

• Minimum of a Diploma (D3) in any major.
• Proven experience in Purchasing or a related field.
• Mandatory proficiency in operating SAP systems (specifically Purchasing / Material Management modules).
• Highly skilled in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, and Outlook).
• Strong negotiation skills and professional email correspondence abilities.
• Detail-oriented, honest, and highly disciplined in document filing / archiving.
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure and consistently meet tight deadlines.

HR Admin

Job Description

• Assist HR & GA Manager in checking and storing employee data, including recording attendance and overtime for permanent, contract, daily, and outsourcing employees to support the smooth administration of human resources in the unit.

Job Requirement

• Experienced in handling administration
• Having experience in the same field is preferred
• Familiar with using Microsoft Office and SAP
• Willing to be placed in Tangerang

Management Trainee

• Food Ingredient Division - Purwakarta
• Bachelor Degree / S1
• Fresh Graduate - Permanent
• Valid Until: June 01, 2026

Job Description

• Maintain electricity, steam boiler, and water needs in order to meet production needs.
• Coordinate preventive maintenance to ensure that machines can operate properly
• Controlling the installation of machinery and electricity
• Carry out repairs to machinery and electricity if there is a disturbance
• Coordinate the need for machine modifications if needed

Job Requirement

• Male
• Minimum Bachelor's degree from Electrical, Mechanical, and Mechatronics Engineering
• Minimum GPA 3.00
• Understand basic electrical and mechanical science
• Have the ability to use software for electrical installation design (PLC)
• Active in organizations, have a leadership spirit, and good communication
• Willing to be placed in Purwakarta
