Competency Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in any major (preferably Industrial Engineering / Human Resource Management)
- Minimum GPA 3.00 (Scale 4.00)
- Minimum 1 year work experience in Organizational Development, Human Capital, Human Resources, or related fields
- Understand concepts and practices of Organization Development, Organization Design, Job Design, Job Analysis, Job Evaluation, and Workload Analysis

Strategic Business Unit: Assets and Renewable Energy (AEBT)

Project Control

Main Duties
- Monitor, evaluate, and control asset sector and new renewable energy projects
- Prepare baseline, progress, and project reporting
- Identify schedule, cost, and quality deviations
- Prepare corrective action recommendations.
Requirements
- Minimum Diploma 3 education relevant to asset energy / renewable energy / electricity sector
- Minimum 3 years experience in project control
- Proficient in Microsoft Project / Primavera and Microsoft Excel
- Understand Earned Value Management and project reporting
- Meticulous, analytical, and communicative.
Technical Inspector
- Non Permanent / Contract Employee
Main Duties
- Carry out inspection activities according to order / work instructions, SOP / Standard Methodology, regulations or legislation, international / national standards as reference, prioritizing occupational safety and health.
- Prepare field reports and certificates.
Requirements
- Preferably male.
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical, Physics, Industrial, Environmental, Energy, or related fields).
- Knowledge in oil and gas, energy, and renewable energy.
- Minimum 1 year work experience.
- Understand applicable inspection codes and standards.
- Possess Oil and Gas Certificate (Platform / Pressure Vessel / Pipe).
- Possess NDT Level II Certificate (PT / MT / UT / RT) according to ISO 9712 or ASNT SNT-TC-1A.
- Proactive, firm, and detail-oriented.
Integrity and Risk Engineer
- Non Permanent / Contract Employee
Main Duties
- Conduct, coordinate, and monitor risk and hazard assessment activities in industrial facilities, operational assets, projects, installations, buildings, utilities, work processes, work environment, and operation-affected areas through hazard identification, technical data collection, field observation.
- Conduct interviews with related personnel, document verification, evaluation of actual conditions, and assessment of effectiveness of applied risk controls.
- Prepare work reports according to scope and company quality management system.
Requirements
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical, Physics, Industrial, Environmental, Energy, or related majors).
- Minimum 3 years experience in risk engineering, HSE, technical inspection, or technical assessment.
- Maximum age 35 years.
- Analytical, proactive, and detail-oriented.
- Proficient in risk survey and assessment, including HAZID, HAZOP, process and fire safety studies.
- Understand environmental and health risk assessment.
- Experienced in insurance risk engineering, property risk, or technical due diligence.
- Proficient in risk analysis methods such as Bowtie, LOPA, and Risk Matrix.
- Able to develop risk scenarios and mitigation strategies.
- Understand ISO 31000 or related safety certification.
HSE Field Specialist
- Non Permanent / Contract Employee
Main Duties
- Ensure all operational activities are carried out safely, securely, and in accordance with Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) standards, company procedures, and applicable regulations
- Mitigate work accidents, asset damage, and environmental pollution, and support smooth and sustainable company operations.
Requirements
- Minimum Diploma 3 in Occupational Health and Safety (K3), Environmental Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Petroleum Engineering, or related majors
- Minimum 2 years experience in HSE, industrial safety, risk assessment, or technical inspection
- Maximum age 35 years
- Understand HSE principles, risk management, HIRADC, Job Safety Analysis (JSA), health and environmental risk assessment, technical inspection, and field survey
- Proactive, disciplined, meticulous, able to work independently or in a team
- Experience in oil and gas or energy industry is an advantage
- Possess certifications AK3 General / AK3 Oil and Gas, ISO 45001 Internal Auditor, Incident Investigation and Root Cause Analysis (RCA), H2S Awareness, and Process Safety Management (PSM).
Sales Engineer
- Non Permanent / Contract Employee
Main Duties
- Sell technical products or services by demonstrating advantages, providing solutions, and convincing customers.
- Prepare proposals including detailed specifications, calculation simulations, and cost offers tailored to customer needs.
- Provide recommendations to customers regarding cost and production efficiency improvement.
Requirements
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related majors.
- Minimum 4 years experience in technical sales, business development, or technical services.
- Maximum age 35 years.
- Good communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Customer and target-oriented.
- Experienced in B2B sales, account management, and technical proposal preparation.
- Experience in industrial, infrastructure, energy, or oil and gas sector.

Contract Engineer

Main Duties
- Prepare, review, negotiate, and manage contract cycle (with clients, vendors, or subcontractors) to ensure rights and obligations of all parties are fulfilled and company interests protected.
- Assess tender documents to identify potential technical, commercial, and contractual risks to be resolved.
Requirements
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, or related majors.
- Minimum 3 years experience in contract management, project control, or project administration.
- Maximum age 35 years.
- Understand contract management and administration, project documentation, procurement and tender process.
- Analytical, meticulous, and organized.
- Experienced in engineering, construction, infrastructure, or oil and gas projects.
NDE Data Analyst
- Non Permanent / Contract Employee
Main Duties
- Collect test data such as Ultrasonic Testing (UT), Radiographic Testing (RT), or Vibration Monitoring from various devices.
- Analyze data to identify anomalies, defect characteristics, and predict remaining useful life of components or equipment.
- Translate technical data into dashboards and visual reports easily understood by technical and management teams.
- Prepare operational feasibility conclusions and recommend further inspection methods if needed.
Requirements
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, preferably Metallurgy and Materials Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Engineering Physics, Petroleum Engineering, or related majors.
- Minimum 3 years relevant work experience.
- Maximum age 35 years.
- Proficient in Fitness for Service (FFS) Level 1 and 2 according to API 579-1 / ASME FFS-1, Remaining Useful Life (RUL), API 653 (including Appendix G), and API RP 575.
- Understand inspection data management and analysis in DICONDE format (IEC 6208).
Robotic Inspection Field Technician
- Non Permanent / Contract Employee
Main Duties
- Install, operate, maintain, and repair robotic systems used for field inspection.
- Analyze Real-Time data from camera feed and sensors transmitted by robot to prepare inspection condition reports.
- Ensure all robot operations comply with occupational safety and health standards at field locations.
Requirements
- Minimum Diploma 3 / Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics, Industrial Automation, Instrumentation and Control, or related majors).
- Junior: minimum 2 years experience in NDT, industrial robotics, or oil and gas / petrochemical plant operations.
- Senior: minimum 4-5 years experience, including minimum 2 years operating crawler, ROV, or inspection robots.
- Maximum age 35 years.
- Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Possess certifications UT Level I / II, SKKNI Oil and Gas Operator / Technician, Oil and Gas K3, H2S Awareness, Confined Space, TKBT / TKPK, Fire Safety / Fire Watch Awareness, and First Aid.
- Willing to be placed at project sites.
