Job Description

United Tractors Trainee Program is a development program designed to prepare young professionals and experienced hire* for roles as strategic or operational analysts within our specific business function. Throughout the program, you will engage in structured learning, training, project development initiatives, and mentorship from inspiring leaders who will guide your growth.

Trainee's performance and development progress throughout the Trainee program will be reviewed to ensure continuous growth and learning. Upon successful completion, Trainees will be appointed to a permanent position within the assigned function, where they can directly contribute to United Tractors’ mission in advancing sustainable business solutions across Indonesia. Moreover, Trainees will be fully exposed to our business line, namely mining, mining contracting, construction, forestry, and agriculture industries.

Requirements

  • Fresh graduate or a maximum 2 years of experience.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience for experienced hire positions.
  • Minimum Bachelor’s degree from reputable universities (Majoring in Engineering, Accounting, Financial Management, Business Management, Economics, Business Administration, Occupational Health and Safety, Public Health, System Information, Computer Science, IT, and Energy Conversion)
  • Minimum GPA of 3.25.
  • Strong proficiency in English, both spoken and written. Other languages (e.g., Mandarin, Japanese, etc.) are an advantage.
  • Possess good interpersonal and communication skills, with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Demonstrated active involvement in organizations, internship, or community initiatives, with proven leadership experience.
  • Willing to be relocated throughout Indonesia.

Executive Secretary

Job Description

  • Manage the Director’s agenda and daily schedule, including meetings, business trips, and appointments
  • Prepare and organize meetings (internal and external), including invitations, minutes, and follow-up
  • Handle correspondence (emails, letters, phone calls) on behalf of the Director professionally and promptly
  • Compile, archive, and manage important documents and company reports
  • Act as a liaison between the Director and internal teams as well as external parties
  • Arrange the Director’s business trips (tickets, accommodation, itinerary)
  • Assist in preparing presentations, reports, and meeting materials
  • Maintain confidentiality of company information and strategic documents
  • Support other administrative and operational needs of the Director

Requirements

  • Minimum education Diploma 3 / Bachelor's degree, preferably in Secretary, Administration, or related fields
  • Minimum 1-3 years of experience as Secretary / Personal Assistant / Executive Assistant (preferably at director level)
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Able to communicate in English (minimum passive, active preferred)
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills
  • Detail-oriented, meticulous, and able to work under pressure
  • Professional attitude, neat, and uphold work ethics
  • Able to maintain confidentiality of company information
  • Proactive, highly initiative, and able to work independently as well as in a team
