Qualifications
Interested individuals must provide specific information demonstrating they are fully qualified to perform the services (complete curriculum vitae with attested copies of educational, training, and experience certificates as required). The following are the minimum qualifications required:- Applicants must possess a minimum Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Management, Business Administration, or a related field. Proven professional experience in public procurement or international development projects is strictly preferable.
- A minimum of 3 (three) to 4 (four) years of progressive professional experience in managing procurement processes (consultants, goods, non-consulting services, and works), with a strong preference for experience within the healthcare sector or large-scale international development projects.
- Proven track record in managing large-scale procurement processes and contracts.
- Deep familiarity and hands-on experience with both national procurement regulations and Multilateral Development Bank (MDB) guidelines, specifically World Bank Procurement Regulation.
- Extensive working experience in foreign loan/grant projects (incl. familiarity with the Bank's STEP system), combined with solid knowledge of the Indonesian public procurement system (LKPP). A valid national procurement certification (Sertifikasi Keahlian Pengadaan Barang / Jasa Pemerintah) is a plus.
- Strong analytical skills to evaluate complex bids and mitigate procurement risks.
- Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills to engage with Ministry officials, Pokja, and MDB representatives.
- High attention to detail in reviewing complex bidding documents and understanding WB regulations
- Ability to work collaboratively and handle multiple administrative tasks under pressure.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office / Google Workspace, and a full command of written and spoken English (TOEFL score of 600 or IELTS 7.0 is highly preferred).
Procurement Assistant

Qualifications
Interested individuals must provide specific information demonstrating they are fully qualified to perform the services. The following are the minimum qualifications required:- Applicants must hold a Bachelor degree (S1) in Supply Chain Management, Management, Business Administration, or a closely related discipline from an accredited institution.
- A minimum of 2 (two) to 3 (three) years of experience providing administrative and technical support in procurement processes (consultants, goods, or works), preferably within international development or public sector environments.
- Demonstrated experience in coordinating daily procurement logistics, maintaining procurement tracking sheets, and organizing comprehensive bid evaluation documentation.
- Experience assisting in foreign-funded or government-funded projects, with practical knowledge of Indonesian e-procurement platforms (SPSE / LKPP). Basic procurement certification or training is an advantage.
- Practical problem-solving and proactive support for daily procurement activities.
- Good communication skills to serve as an administrative liaison between Officers and Pokja.
- Exceptional attention to detail in data tracking and maintaining organized digital / physical files.
- Ability to work collaboratively and handle multiple administrative tasks under pressure.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office / Google Workspace, and a good command of written and spoken English (TOEFL score of 550 or IELTS 6.5 is highly
