The R&D center includes a design studio, engineering facilities, and test courses that simulate over 20 types of road conditions, enabling ADM to develop vehicles that meet local driving needs and environmental standards.

Initially capped at 80,000 units annually, the company’s output grew to over 530,000 units per year following multiple expansions and the opening of new plants. Key Responsibilities

• Order and Supply Management: Ensure all key automotive client orders are processed and supplied on time and in correct quantities.
• Cross-Functional Coordination: Collaborate with internal departments to ensure smooth daily order-to-supply workflows.
• Order Monitoring and Tracking: Monitor outstanding customer orders to ensure completion and prevent delays.
