Project Management Officer

About the Role

  • We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced professional to support the development of infrastructure projects, particularly Public-Private Partnership (PPP / KPBU) projects. The successful candidate will play a key role in project preparation, stakeholder coordination, consultant management, and project administration.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare analytical materials, reports, and presentation documents to support project development activities.
  • Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders throughout the project development process.
  • Manage appointed consultants involved in project development and review the quality and accuracy of consultant deliverables.
  • Coordinate procurement implementation and other project-related activities with relevant internal stakeholders.
  • Oversee project financial administration, reporting, and documentation requirements.
  • Support the effective execution and monitoring of project activities to ensure alignment with project objectives and timelines.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree (S1) in Engineering / Economics / Business Administration / Law / other relevant disciplines
  • Proven experience in infrastructure project preparation and development.
  • Demonstrated experience working on Public-Private Partnership (PPP / KPBU) projects.
  • Strong analytical, project management, and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Ability to work effectively with multiple stakeholders in a dynamic project environment.

Preferred Competencies

  • Strong understanding of infrastructure development processes and project governance.
  • Experience managing external consultants and reviewing technical and non-technical project outputs.
  • Knowledge of procurement processes and project administration.
  • Good financial administration and reporting capabilities.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.

Insurance Management Unit

Position Summary

  • We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical professional to support the management of collateral data, valuation reviews, insurance administration, and regulatory reporting. The ideal candidate has a strong quantitative background, excellent data management capabilities, and experience working with collateral valuation processes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain collateral, collateral registration, and insurance data.
  • Update and maintain recommendations for appraisal firms (KJPP) and insurance companies.
  • Conduct reviews and assessments of property valuation reports (LPA) issued by KJPP.
  • Prepare and manage collateral data for SLIK OJK reporting requirements.
  • Perform collateral site visits when required.
  • Ensure data accuracy, completeness, and compliance with internal policies and regulatory standards.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree (S1) in a quantitative or science-related field (e.g., Mathematics, Statistics, Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, or other relevant disciplines).
  • Strong competencies in: Information Technology / Digital Database Management / Big Data Analysis / Analytical Skills / Data Management
  • Willing to conduct site visits to collateral locations when necessary.
  • Experience in reviewing LPA (Property Valuation Reports) from KJPP is preferred.
  • MAPPI certification in Property and / or Business Valuation will be considered an advantage.
