Job Description
As a Trainer, you will be responsible for designing and implementing training and development programs related to competencies to improve employee skills and organizational performance. You are expected to analyze organizational training needs and evaluate the effectiveness of the training provided.Duties and Responsibilities
- Design training programs considering effective methods, duration, and content.
- Organize and deliver prepared training modules.
- Conduct post-training activity.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs.
- Evaluate employee competencies related to the training attended.
- Provide feedback to training participants on their understanding.
- Deliver orientation materials to new employees.
Requirements
- Experienced as a Trainer or Instructor in corporate or educational institution training.
- Able to design, develop, and deliver training materials in an engaging and interactive manner.
- Confident with good communication skills in facilitating learning sessions.
- Minimum education Bachelor's degree in any major.
- Willing to be placed in Jakarta and assigned to all cities in Indonesia.
