Job Description

• Formulate strategies, develop work programs, implement, monitor implementation, and evaluate marketing activation activities (marketing events).
• Coordinate with partners / third parties to ensure marketing events are carried out optimally.
• Submit budget proposals and monitor the use of marketing event budgets.
• Coordinate the implementation of marketing events and monitor their execution by the branch.
• Build good cooperation with all partners and evaluate their performance.
• Prepare reports for internal and external purposes.

Qualifications

• Minimum Bachelor’s degree (S1) in any major, preferably in Communication, Marketing, or Management.
• Experience in event management within the Islamic finance industry is preferred.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Good teamwork skills and the ability to work independently while contributing effectively in a team environment.
• Logical and analytical thinking skills, ability to work in a team, strong interpersonal relationships, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Networking ability.
• Able to prepare plans, create budgets, and organize event implementation.
• Able to analyze event results and prepare reports.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Graphic design skills will be an added advantage.
