Job Description

• Manage and monitor General Services operations and Asset Management activities nationwide.
• Maximize the value of company assets (land, buildings, and supporting facilities) throughout the entire asset lifecycle, including procurement, relocation, and disposal.
• Ensure company asset values are consistently updated through annual appraisal processes for land, buildings, and related facilities.
• Ensure all company assets are adequately insured in accordance with their book value.
• Maintain operational excellence by managing office operational purchasing processes based on Quality, Cost, and Delivery (QCD) principles, as well as overseeing general office administration and housekeeping functions.
• Conduct cost-benefit analysis and ensure Service Level Agreement (SLA) compliance across all purchasing and operational activities.
• Serve as an in-house designer in creating comfortable, productive workspaces that support employee needs and Head Office events.
• Apply design thinking principles to enhance organizational performance through process automation and digital transformation initiatives.

Requirements

• Minimum Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Architecture Engineering, Civil Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or Information Technology (fresh-graduates are welcome to apply).
• Strong interest in innovation development, digitalization, and the implementation of applications within business operations.
• Excellent communication skills with strong analytical capabilities.
• Experience in managing teams and/or organizational activities.
• Proficient in AutoCAD, Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• High attention to detail, strong discipline, and a strong sense of responsibility.
• Able to work proactively, adaptively, and collaboratively in a dynamic work environment.
