Management Project Specialist

General Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or other related disciplines.
- Minimum 4 years of experience in project management, preferably in infrastructure or water resources projects.
- Preferably have working experience in consulting services funded by international development partners (e.g. World Bank, ADB, AIIB, etc.).
- Holds or is in the process of obtaining a professional certification in project management (e.g. PMP, PRINCE2, SKK Konstruksi – Manajer Proyek, or an equivalent certification). Minimum of 1 certification is required.
- Familiarity with procurement and contract monitoring.
- Proficiency in project scheduling and tracking tools (e.g. Microsoft Project, Primavera P6, Trello, or equivalent applications).
- Excellent command of spoken and written English, including formal business correspondence, reports, and presentations.
- Strong communication, presentation, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in preparing and updating the Annual Work Plan (AWP), Procurement Plan (PP), and implementation schedule for NPIU Bintek SDA and PIUs related to FEWS activity.
- Develop and maintain a project monitoring system to track the progress of activities, outputs, and outcomes of NPIU Bintek SDA and PIUs related to FEWS activity.
- Collect and consolidate disbursement progress and physical implementation progress from NPIU Bintek SDA and PIUs related to FEWS activity.
- Compile and review technical, procurement, and financial progress information for submission to CPMU.
- Support the preparation of aide memoire documentation during supervision missions, as well as presentation materials and summary briefs for NPIU Bintek SDA in coordination with other consultants and the NPIU Bintek SDA team.
- Monitor procurement implementation schedules and contract milestones to ensure implementation aligns with the approved timeline.
- Coordinate communication among NPIU, CPMU, PIUs, consultants, and relevant authorities, and support coordination meetings, technical discussions, workshops, and supervision missions.
- Collect and organize project records, reports, and supporting documentation for audit and supervision purposes.
- Support knowledge capture and dissemination, including lessons learned and best practices.
