To meet the staffing needs and support the implementation of the Self-Help Stimulus Assistance Program (BSPS) in East Java Province for Fiscal Year 2026, the Housing Provision and Settlement Area Implementation Center Jawa IV is opening the Selection of Field Facilitator Candidates who have the ability to assist communities and are competent in BSPS activities in East Java Province with the following conditions:

General Requirements

  • Indonesian citizen
  • Physically and mentally healthy
  • High dedication and social spirit to help the community
  • High learning motivation and able to work in a team
  • Not a member of a political party or campaign team for government head / legislative elections
  • Willing to work full-time during the contract period (calendar days)
  • Not currently under a work contract, not a Civil Servant (PNS / TNI / Polri), and not holding other facilitation activities
  • Able to operate computers at least Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and prepare reports
  • Own and operate a mobile phone, camera, and laptop for documentation and reporting
  • Good moral record proven by Police Clearance Certificate (SKCK) and willing to undergo Background Check (social media, electronic media) by the Selection Team
  • Will register for BPJS Ketenagakerjaan (if contracted)
  • Have Tax Payer Identification Number (NPWP) integrated with NIK
  • Own and operate at least a two-wheeled vehicle, proven by Driver's License (SIM C )and vehicle registration (STNK)
  • Ready and committed to be placed in all BSPS assignment areas in East Java Province
  • Reside in the district / city of the aid recipient location, for those outside the city willing to stay at the assignment location until the work is completed

Specific Criteria

Fasilitator Teknik
  • Minimum education Diploma 3 in Civil Engineering or Architecture; if unavailable, candidates with minimum Vocational High School (SMK) in Building Construction may be considered
  • Mastery of building and infrastructure construction techniques
  • Experience in building construction, housing, or as a technical facilitator in community-based infrastructure programs
  • If technical facilitators are limited, empowerment facilitators with technical experience in BSPS may be used
  • Have attended technical building courses / training proven by certificate or statement
  • Able to create technical drawings (Autocad) and prepare building cost estimates (RAB)
Fasilitator Pemberdayaan
  • Minimum education Hig School (SMA / SLTA) in any major (preferably minimum Diploma 3 in any major)
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in community-based infrastructure development programs
  • Reside near the activity location

Administrative Requirements (Online / Softcopy)

  • Curriculum Vitae (CV) with photo, contact details (phone and email), education history, work experience, relevant skills, courses / training, and organizational experience
  • 4x6 photo with red background
  • Scan of ID Card (KTP)
  • Scan of Taxpayer Identification Number (NPWP) integrated with NIK
  • Scan of Diploma
  • Scan of latest Transcript
  • Scan of Driver's License (SIM C) and Vehicle Registration (STNK)
  • Health Certificate from authorized health officer ***)

Other Provisions

  • Only applicants meeting administrative qualifications will be invited for interviews according to schedule
