- Knowledge of Indonesia’s national regulations on health, environment, and social management
- Experience in stakeholder engagement and grievance mechanism management preferred
- Strong analytical and communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and English
- Proficiency in software / tools for environmental and social risk management
- Good command of spoken and written English
