In order to support the implementation of the Pamsimas Program FY 2026 at the village level and to follow up on the resignation letter of the facilitator with the position of Fasilitator Masyarakat (FM). Therefore, we invite prospective applicants who are interested to fill the following position:
Fasilitator Masyarakat (FM)
- Jawa Barat
- 1 person who will provide facilitation in 1 target village of the Pamsimas Program
General Qualifications
General qualifications for all positions above are as follows:- Own work equipment in the form of a computer and able to operate it (at least Word and Excel)
- Have good verbal communication skills
- Have skills and experience in facilitation in the field of community empowerment in drinking water
- Willing to be placed and work full time
- Willing to work in a team
- Not bound as ASN (Civil Servant) or other permanent employment
- Not an active administrator of BKM (Community Self-Reliance Agency) / LKM (Community Self-Reliance Institution) / and KSM (Community Self-Reliance Group) of an activity
- Not a Member / Candidate for Legislative Member and Member / Administrator of Political Parties
Specific Qualifications
Qualifications for each position above are as follows:- Diploma 3 (D3) or Diploma 4 (D4) or Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Environmental Engineering / Civil Engineering / Architecture / Water Engineering
- Experience in Pamsimas Program is preferred

- Female candidates who meet the qualifications are strongly encouraged to apply
- Registration and uploading of Application Letter and Supporting Documents on the Pamsimas Website no later than August 24, 2026, at 23.59 WIB
- The committee does not provide costs for accommodation and transportation of selection participants
- The entire selection process is free of charge
- Only applicants who meet the qualifications will be called to participate in the next selection
- If funds are not available or insufficient in the DIPA Fiscal Year 2026 then the Procurement of Facilitators for the Pamsimas Program FY 2026 may be canceled / adjusted according to the required number
- If the procurement process is canceled / adjusted then applicants will not demand compensation in any form.
