Job Description

BCA Syariah Relationship Officer Academy is a development program designed for prospective employees who will be comprehensively trained in the business area. This program provides career acceleration opportunities for selected university graduates who participate. Through this program, we aim to create competent individuals with leadership potential who can build BCA Syariah into an outstanding sharia financial institution. Participants will have the opportunity to learn new aspects of the financial industry, understand banking regulations, and experience firsthand how banking operations are conducted while applying compliance principles and applicable regulations.
The program applies a development principle that combines experiential learning, classroom learning, and learning through others. The largest portion of the program will be obtained through On the Job Training (OJT), where each participant will be guided and mentored by experienced professionals in their field.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with minimum GPA 3.00 and Master’s degree with minimum GPA 3.25
• Open to any major / minimum 1 year of work experience
• Maximum age 25 years (Bachelor’s) and 26 years (Master’s)
• Interested in banking marketing
• Confident, highly achievement‑motivated, and enjoys communicating with others
• Willing to undergo approximately 6 months of training
• Willing to accept a service bond after training
• Willing to be placed in BCA Syariah branch offices across Indonesia
• 20 positions available
