Job Description
- Prepare and implement work programs and targets to be achieved within one period for the Branch Office and offices under its coordination.
- Arrange strategies for the development and implementation of activities in the Branch Office and Sharia Services under it.
- Improve the quality and quantity of branch business.
- Continuously improve the quality of financing, fund structure, and banking services in the Branch.
- Analyze business utilization in the area around the Branch Office and Branches under its coordination.
- Coordinate with the Commercial Business Unit and Branch Development in marketing and serving the sale of financing, funds, and Sharia Bank services.
- Carry out daily management of the Branch Office so that the Bank's operational objectives can be achieved, in the form of optimal service levels and achievement of business targets of the Branch Office.
- Lead efforts to improve Branch Office performance through analysis of branch marketing targets, develop and implement sales work plans to achieve sustainable profit growth.
- Improve customer relations through effective customer visit programs.
- Approve, recommend, monitor, and maintain quality improvement of Branch Office financing facilities, including resolving problematic financing if any.
- Provide reports, proposals, analysis results, and evaluations both verbally and in writing to superiors.
- Conduct coaching and development for Sub-Branch Offices under its coordination.
Minimum Qualifications
- Formal education minimum Bachelor's degree in any major
- Minimum 7 (seven) years of work experience in the same position
- Experience working in Sharia Banking or Conventional Banking
- Accustomed to business targets and operational targets (audit reports and services)
- Have extensive networking, good leadership
- Have knowledge of sharia banking procedures, products, and/or activities
- Able to work in a team, think logically and analytically
- Have good interpersonal, negotiation, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Able to work quickly with tight deadlines and handle multiple tasks continuously
- Willing to be placed at BCA Syariah Bandung Branch Office
