Secretary Political Section

• Type of Work: Secretary in the political section, making appointments, preparing documents in English, collecting necessary information, and others.
• Number of Employees: 1 person.
• Start Working: End of September 2026
• Working Hours: Monday - Friday, 08.00 - 16.15 (Occasional overtime).
• Salary Amount: Determined according to educational background and work experience.

Required Qualifications

• Indonesian citizen, or other nationality except Japanese whose spouse is Indonesian and holds residence status that allows employment.
• Minimum university graduate (S1). Work experience (minimum five years) is prioritized.
• Proficient in English and Indonesian (reading and writing). Minimum English proficiency TOEFL 570 (PBT).
• Proficient in using computer (Word, Excel).
• Physically and mentally healthy.

• Curriculum vitae (in English).
• Two color passport photos size 3x4 cm.
• Photocopy of diploma, transcript, and photocopy of ID card.
• Police Record Certificate (SKCK).
• Photocopy of English proficiency certificate (official test results such as TOEFL, IELTS, and TOEIC).
• Statement of reason for applying written in English.

Additional Information

• Japanese language proficiency is not required but will be considered an advantage during the selection process. If adequate Japanese language proficiency is possessed, please attach a photocopy of the certificate.
• Work experience in government organizations will also be considered an advantage during the selection process.
