Requirements

- Understand preparation of construction methods and application of value engineering in construction projects
- Able to conduct technical studies and provide recommendations for design, work methods, cost, and project implementation time optimization
- Understand technical drawings, technical specifications, BoQ, and MTO
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, AutoCAD, and supporting engineering software (BIM / Microsoft Project / Primavera is an added value)

- Minimum 4 years of experience in construction projects as site engineer, field supervisor, executor, or equivalent position
- Understand construction implementation process, work methods, and field work control
- Experienced in project implementation coordination, commissioning, final quantity, and handover of work
- Understand quality control, scope change (variation order), and completion of work according to specifications

- Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Microsoft Excel); experience using ERP / SAP is an added value

- Minimum 4 years of experience in construction projects as site engineer, quantity engineer, or equivalent position
- Understand engineering estimate, BoQ, MTO, DED, shop drawing, and construction method
- Understand quality, cost, time control, and project performance evaluation
- Experienced in coordination with owner, consultant, and partners
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, AutoCAD, and Microsoft Project
- Understand HSE implementation and construction project management systems
- Have good leadership, communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills
