Engineer Lambung Kapal
Duties and Responsibilities
- Review and approve hull construction drawings, equipment, mooring fittings, and welding in compliance with BKI Class Rules and Statutory Regulations, for new buildings, existing buildings, and ship modifications.
- Assist in providing input to service users during the design and construction phase related to hull construction approval according to applicable BKI Rules and International Conventions.
- Provide support for resolving issues related to design requirements.
Minimum Qualifications
- Minimum Bachelor's degree / Diploma 4, majoring in Naval Architecture or other relevant Engineering majors.
- Preferably with work experience in Hull Construction Design, Shipbuilding (Shipyard), or Class Design Approval.
- In-depth knowledge of Hull Construction, Strength Analysis of Ship Structures, Fatigue Analysis of Ship Structures, and Material Properties.
- Understanding of classification society rules (e.g., BKI, BV, RINA, ABS, DNV) and International Regulations (SOLAS, MARPOL, CSR, IACS URS, IMO CODES).
- Proficient in ship structure analysis software (e.g., ANSYS AQWA, DNV SESAM, FEMAP, MAESTRO, NAPA) and CAD software.
- Understanding of Finite Element Analysis (FEA).
- Understanding of welding standards, shipyard practices, and ship structure fabrication techniques.
- Active Indonesian. Good English proficiency.
Engineer Mesin
Duties and Responsibilities
- Identify completeness of drawings and documents based on Drawing Requirement List before inspection process.
- Conduct technical review and provide approval of machinery system drawings and ship machinery component designs according to BKI Technical Regulations and Convention Regulations and other flag administration regulations, for new shipbuilding, operating ships, and ship modification works.
- Provide input and technical consultation to service users during design, construction, and ship modification stages.
- Provide technical support in resolving issues related to design requirements and drawing approval processes.
- Coordinate with related work units and external parties to support smooth inspection and drawing approval processes.
Minimum Qualifications
- Minimum Bachelor's degree / Diploma 4, majoring in Marine Engineering Systems or other relevant Engineering majors.
- Preferably with work experience in ship machinery system design, shipbuilding (shipyard), ship machinery component manufacturing, or other relevant fields.
- Good understanding of ship machinery systems, ship piping systems, machinery components, and basic principles of quality management systems.
- Ability to read, understand, and evaluate technical drawings, Piping and Instrumentation Diagram (P&ID), and other engineering documents.
- Ability in technical analysis (engineering judgement) to evaluate design compliance with applicable classification and regulatory requirements.
- Understanding of BKI classification body technical regulations and IACS Member regulations as well as international conventions such as SOLAS, MARPOL, IMO Codes, and IACS Publications.
- Ability to use engineering design software, such as AutoCAD or other CAD software.
- Good communication skills and ability to work independently or in a team.
- Preferably with training certificate or Internal Auditor ISO 9001:2015 and understanding of Quality Management System based on ISO 9001:2015.
- Active Indonesian. Good English proficiency.
Engineer Bangunan Apung Lepas Pantai
Duties and Responsibilities
- Review and approve construction drawings of Offshore Floating Structures (e.g., FPSO, FSO, FPU), Equipment and Mooring Systems in compliance with Class Rules and related Regulations, for New Buildings, Existing Buildings, and Modifications / Conversions.
- Assist in providing input to service users during the design and construction phase related to Offshore Floating Structures construction according to applicable BKI Rules and International Conventions.
- Provide support for resolving issues related to design requirements.
Minimum Qualifications
- Minimum Bachelor's degree / Diploma 4, majoring in Ocean Engineering or other relevant Engineering majors.
- Preferably with work experience in Offshore Floating Structures construction design, Offshore Floating Structures construction, or Class Design Approval.
- In-depth knowledge of Offshore Floating Structures, Strength Analysis, and Material Properties.
- In-depth knowledge of mooring systems, Strength Analysis, and Fatigue Analysis.
- Understanding of classification society rules (e.g., BKI, BV, RINA, ABS, DNV) and International Regulations related to Offshore Floating Structures.
- Proficient in ship structure analysis software (e.g., ANSYS AQWA, DNV SESAM, MOSES, ORCAFLEX) and CAD software.
- Understanding of Finite Element Analysis (FEA).
