Budgeting and Reporting Officer

• Closing Date: 31 August 2026
• Status: Permanent

Job Responsibilities

• Collect, validate, and maintain sales, production, accounting, and other financial data to ensure accurate and timely reporting.
• Prepare and ensure the accuracy and timeliness of monthly, quarterly, semi-annual, and annual financial reports, including updating reporting templates and databases as required.
• Prepare journal entries and perform closing-related activities for review and approval by the Reporting Section Head and/or Budgeting and Reporting Department Head.
• Analyze monthly financial reports and supporting data, including sales, freight, marketing expenses, production costs, barging, production, and intercompany transactions, by coordinating with relevant PICs to ensure data accuracy.
• Provide supporting data and documentation for external audits, tax examinations, legal reviews, and other reporting requirements.
• Prepare timely ad hoc reports, analyses, and financial information requested by management or relevant stakeholders.

Job Requirements

• Minimum Bachelor Degree (S1) in Accounting.
• Minimum 3 years of working experience in related roles.
• Strong knowledge in Financial Analysis, Accounting Control, Financial Planning and Budgeting.
• Detail-oriented, proactive, adaptable, and willing to learn.
• Good communication skill in English, both oral and written.
• Willing to be placed in Jakarta.
