Job Description

• Ensure all laboratory activities run according to applicable QHSE standards.
• Conduct monitoring and supervision of Quality, Health, Safety, and Environment aspects in the laboratory area.
• Ensure nickel sample analysis services are carried out according to QA / QC procedures and established quality standards.
• Conduct inspections, internal audits, and evaluations of compliance with laboratory operational procedures.
• Identify potential hazards and provide recommendations for corrective and preventive actions.
• Conduct investigations of incidents, non-conformities, and monitor corrective follow-ups.
• Prepare reports, documentation, and administration related to QHSE system implementation.
• Coordinate with all laboratory personnel to improve safety culture and quality of analysis services.

Requirements

• Minimum education Diploma 3 / Bachelor's degree majoring in Occupational Health and Safety (K3), Environmental Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, or other relevant majors.
• Possess a valid Ahli K3 Umum (AK3U) Certificate.
• Understand Quality Assurance (QA) and Quality Control (QC) systems.
• Understand implementation of OHS Management System, laboratory safety, and environmental management.
• Able to identify hazards, assess risks, and ensure compliance with work procedures.
• Meticulous, disciplined, communicative, and able to work individually or in a team.
• Willing to work with roster system and be placed at Laboratory Site PT Sulawesi Cahaya Mineral, North Konawe.
• Physically and mentally healthy.

Added Value

• Having work experience in mining, mineral, or nickel smelter laboratories.
