ANTAM, member of MIND ID (Mining Industry Indonesia), the SOE's Holding Mining Industry is a vertically integrated, export-oriented, diversified mining and metals company, from upstream to downstream. General Qualifications

• Graduates of Bachelor’s program / equivalent (S1 / D4) or Master’s (S2) with GPA:
  • minimum 3.00 (out of 4.00 scale) for stream Operations
  • minimum 3.25 (out of 4.00 scale) for stream Corporate and Business.
• Fresh graduate or professionals with maximum work experience:
  • 3 years for stream Operations
  • 2 years for stream Corporate and Business.
• Good English proficiency, both oral and written.
• Strong analytical thinking, willingness to learn, and good collaboration skills.
• Leadership experience, organizational experience, or relevant internship experience is an added value.
• Willing to be placed across all ANTAM operational areas.
