The maintenance division of PAS provides comprehensive services for airplanes, including maintenance, repair, and overhaul (MRO), while also catering to industrial needs.   • Jakarta

Qualifications

  • Male / Female
  • Maximum age 45 years old by September 2026
  • Minimum education Diploma or Bachelor’s degree, preferably from Aviation Academy / University
  • Holder of AMEL A320 CEO / NEO with at least 3 years of experience on that aircraft type and at least 1 year as an authorized holder
  • Good conduct, physically and mentally healthy
  • Preferably has training in Basic Inspector and / or Basic Auditor / Investigator
  • Not bound by a service bond during the recruitment process
  • Application Period: 1 August - 1 September 2026

Engineer A320 - Line Maintenance

  • Jakarta

Qualifications

  • Male
  • Experienced and competent in performing maintenance on Airbus A320 Family aircraft
  • Holds an Aircraft Maintenance Engineer License (AMEL) for a minimum of 1 year and still valid according to applicable requirements
  • Experienced in maintenance, troubleshooting, inspection, and rectification activities on Airbus A320
  • Has good knowledge and understanding of Aircraft Maintenance Manual (AMM), Trouble Shooting Manual (TSM), Illustrated Parts Catalog (IPC), and related maintenance documentation
  • Possesses good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
  • Understands and is able to apply applicable safety, quality, and maintenance regulations
  • Able to work individually or in a team and has good communication and coordination skills
  • Willing to work according to operational needs and company regulations

  • Carry out, control, and monitor aircraft maintenance implementation, improve aircraft maintenance quality, analyze, decide, and execute solutions to aircraft maintenance problems, record and report aircraft maintenance events completely in order to provide aircraft in airworthy and safe condition for operation, producing productive and quality results.
