To support the implementation of the Pamsimas Program in 2026, we invite candidates to apply for the position of Community Facilitator in Drinking Water Engineering (FM Teknik) who will provide assistance in target villages of the Pamsimas Program in Central Kalimantan.

Fasilitator Masyarakat Bidang Air Minum (FM Teknik)

• Kalimantan Tengah

General Qualifications (for all positions)

• Own and be able to operate a computer (minimum: AutoCAD, Word, Excel).
• Good verbal communication skills.
• Ability and experience in community facilitation in the drinking water sector.
• Willing to be placed and work full-time.
• Willing to work in a team.
• Not bound as a Civil Servant (ASN) or other permanent employment.
• Not an active administrator of BKM (Badan Keswadayaan Masyarakat) / LKM (Lembaga Keswadayaan Masyarakat) / KSM (Kelompok Keswadayaan Masyarakat) organizations.
• Not a member / candidate of the legislature or a political party administrator.

Specific Qualifications - FM Teknik

• Diploma 3 (D3), Diploma 4 (D4), or Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Civil Engineering.
• Experience in Pamsimas is preferred.
