Job Description

• Draft, analyze, review, and monitor legal documents, corporate licenses, and business agreements.
• Ensure all transactions and agreements comply with applicable laws, company policies, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
• Manage legal processes related to company assets, including land acquisition, certification, and asset licensing.
• Provide legal support and legal opinions, and assist in resolving corporate legal issues.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Law.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
