Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree (S1) with minimum 3 years of managerial experience, preferably in retail sales
- Diploma (D3) with minimum 10 years of managerial experience, preferably in retail sales
- Understand Inventory Management and Stock Control
- Understand Sales Forecasting and Trend Analysis (gold products preferred)
- Possess Sales Expertise and Customer Service Excellence
- Strong negotiation and communication skills
- Possess Intelligence and Empathy
- Leadership and Team Motivation skills
- Able to manage conflict and problem-solving skills
- Good time management and ability to prioritize tasks
