Digital Channel Operation Specialist
Requirements
- Minimum education Bachelor's degree in Management, Digital Business, Information Systems, Marketing, or related fields
- Minimum 2 years of experience in digital operation / e-commerce / marketplace management
- Understand end-to-end e-commerce operations (product upload, pricing, promotion, order management, fulfillment, complaint handling)
- Understand marketplace dashboard and analytics
- Experienced in using Excel (Pivot, VLOOKUP / XLOOKUP), Google Sheet, and reporting tools
- Have good data analysis and problem-solving skills
- Able to create and implement SOP
- Accustomed to multitasking while maintaining quality and work speed
