Job Description

Responsible for planning, implementing, managing, and monitoring sustainability strategies across Astra Group's business operations, ensuring alignment with environmental and social responsibility, occupational health and safety (OHS) standards, and personnel competency development.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
• Experience in sustainability, ESG, HSE, or related fields is preferred
• Strong data analysis skills
• Excellent strategic communication skills, with a cooperative attitude, high integrity, and strong discipline
• Good project management experience and capabilities.
