Job Description

BINA BNI is one of BNI’s programs to build the nation. This program is part of training and work guidance for the workforce without experience by providing knowledge, skills, and abilities conducted in an integrated manner between theory-based training and direct practice.

Minimum Qualifications

• Indonesian citizen
• Fresh graduate, never had work experience
• Minimum education Senior High School (SMA) / equivalent with average report card score of the last year semesters 5 and 6 minimum 7 or Diploma 1 graduate - Bachelor's degree with GPA minimum 2.5
• Age 18 to 25 years at the time of selection
• Physically and mentally healthy and not color blind
• Able to communicate well
• Never involved in drug cases or other legal violations, proven by Police Clearance Certificate (SKCK)
• Parental approval to join the Bina BNI internship program
• Unmarried and willing to remain unmarried during the internship period
• Willing to be placed anywhere according to the Company’s needs
