PT Vale Indonesia was established by Deed No. 49 dated July 25, 1968, drawn up before Eliza Pondaag, a public notary in Jakarta. We operates under a Contract of Work, which was amended with a Special Mining Business Permit (IUPK) on May 13, 2024. The contract is valid until December 28, 2035, and the concession covers an area of 118,017 Ha covering South Sulawesi (70,566 hectares), Central Sulawesi (22,699 hectares) and Southeast Sulawesi (24,752 hectares).In producing nickel in the Sorowako Block, we use pyro metallurgical technology (in melting the laterite nickel ore). The Company mines laterite nickel ore and processes it into the final product of nickel in matte.
The Company also continues its plan to developing integrated mining practices through the Indonesia Growth Project (IGP) in Morowali Regency, Central Sulawesi, and in Kolaka Regency, Southeast Sulawesi. The development project also targets existing operational locations, in East Luwu Regency, South Sulawesi.
As the two largest shareholders, MIND ID (PT Mineral Industri Indonesia) and Vale Canada Limited (VCL) jointly control PT Vale Indonesia Tbk. MIND ID holds the largest share in the company at 34.00%, while VCL holds approximately 33.88%.

Senior Talent Acquisition Partner

Purpose of the Role
To oversee the recruitment and selection process to ensure that the organization attracts and recruits suitable applicants for identified vacancies as plan within quality.Accountabilities
- Implementing and supervising Environment, Health, Safety, and Risk (EHSR) standards andregulations by ensuring working environmental conditions, equipment, materials, methods, worker behavior, and 5S under area responsibility with the aim of minimizing risk, achieving safe and secure conditions (Zero Harm), clean environment, and achieved work productivity targets.
- Supervise section staff to ensure that they are appropriately motivated and trained and carry out their responsibilities to the required standards.
- Develop and oversee the implementation of the organization’s recruitment strategy to ensure that staffing needs are met.
- Develop and oversee the implementation of all necessary systems and procedures to ensure that the recruitment and selection process operate effectively.
- Supervise the process for the placing of advertisements for all internal and external vacancies.
- Negotiate contracts with external advertising and recruitment consultants to secure the most favorable terms for the organization.
- Interview potential recruits and appoint staff in consultation with the appropriate line managers.
- Oversee all administrative arrangements relating to the recruitment and selection process, including arranging tests and providing suitable arrangements for applicants with special needs and or people with disabilities.
- Keep up to date with the latest developments in the field of recruitment and selection.
- Identify opportunities to improve recruitment attainment (cycle time and de-bottlenecking process).
- Provide regular updates and report to Department regarding recruitment progress.
- Coordinate with Other HR Superintendent to ensure hiring plan and necessary document are complete and Internal stakeholder are properly informed and communicated.
- Coordinate with External Relations Dept to maintain communication with external PTVI stakeholders to manage potential social issues that may affect on recruitment process.
Requirements
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree (Prefer: Psychology, Law, Management).
- Having a minimum 5 (five) years of experience as a recruiter.
- Certified as Behavior Event Interviewer is preferable.
- Certified in Organization Development and/or Competency Assessment are preferable.
- Solid understanding of labor regulations, negotiation and mediation skills, Data analysis and reporting.
- Fluent in English communication (writing, reading, speaking).
- Computer literate, experienced in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Power Point).
- Preferably have experience or knowledge in the Occupational Health, Safety and Environment Management System (SMK3L).
