Description
We are looking for Director's Secretary whose job is to support the company leadership operations. This position will serve as a bridge between internal and external communications and ensure the smooth running of the board's work agenda.Key Responsibilities
- Manage the board of directors schedule effectively.
- Preparing documents, meeting minutes, reports, and presentations for the board of directors' needs.
- Handling official transmissions, Internal and External communication on behalf of the board of directors.
- As a liaison between the board of directors and internal departments, clients, and external parties.
- Protect confidential company information.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 1 (one) years of experience as Director Secretary or working in corporate secretary field
- Minimum D3 / Diploma degree or S1 / Bachelor's degree majoring in Secretary, Management, Administration, Communications or any related field
- Skilled in compiling meeting agendas, meeting minutes, and documenting decisions from the Directors.

Job Description
We are opening opportunities for candidates who are meticulous, disciplined, and have good administrative skills to join as Staff Facilities. This position is responsible for managing facilities and operational equipment to support smooth services during the journey.Responsibilities
- Conduct checks on dining car equipment before and after the journey.
- Manage the needs and availability of operational blankets and pillows.
- Assist in the stock-taking process by performing physical counts of blankets, pillows, train (KA) equipment, and spare equipment.
- Distribute blankets and pillows as requested by SRQ.
- Record, document, and archive operational data.
- Ensure the availability and condition of equipment according to operational standards.
Qualifications
- Minimum education High School (SMA) / Vocational School (SMK) equivalent.
- Experience in facilities, logistics, operations, or administration is an added value.
- Able to perform recording and administration properly.
- Meticulous, disciplined, and responsible.
- Able to work in a team or individually.
