Minimum Qualifications
- Minimum education: Bachelor’s degree (S1) in a relevant major.
- At least 3 years of experience in funding (corporate and retail) with exposure to target management.
- Knowledge of Wealth Management products and general banking regulations.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
- Experienced in working with targets, market opportunity analysis, and performance reporting.
- High integrity and understanding of the importance of customer data confidentiality.

Job Description
- Achieve sales targets for funding products and banking transactions (current accounts, savings, deposits, and related products) according to monthly and annual goals.
- Develop and direct funding business strategies to increase third-party fund growth and fee-based income.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers, including developing new customer portfolios.
- Supervise sales and marketing activities to ensure effectiveness, efficiency, and alignment with market needs.
- Ensure all business activities comply with internal policies, regulations, and principles of customer data confidentiality.
- Conduct performance evaluations, monitor business pipelines, and provide recommendations for improvement and strategy development.
- Coordinate with related work units to support smooth business processes and achievement of unit targets.
