Duties and Responsibilities
- Administer all activity processes in the Human Capital Function.

IT Project Management Officer (IT PMO)

Job Description
- IT Project Management Officer is responsible for assisting in planning, managing, controlling, and reporting Information Technology projects within SOEs. This position also ensures application and infrastructure projects based on Microsoft Azure run according to governance standards, security, and business needs, and supports technical processes such as reviewing .NET-based application code through Azure DevOps.
Responsibilities
- Manage and monitor IT project activities from planning to implementation.
- Prepare and manage IT project requirement documents, including Business Requirement Document (BRD) and Functional Specification Document (FSD).
- Translate business needs and user workflows into clear and structured system requirements.
- Prepare and maintain project documentation (project charter, project plan, timeline, risk and issue log, and progress reports).
- Coordinate with internal IT teams, business units, and vendors / partners.
- Support project management in Microsoft Azure environment according to company IT architecture and policies.
- Understand .NET application development flow (ASP.NET / .NET Core) as part of project control.
- Conduct or support application code review through Azure DevOps (Repos and Pull Request) to ensure quality, compliance with standards, and readiness for implementation.
- Monitor application development progress, deployment, and system integration.
- Assist in controlling project risks, issues, and changes.
- Ensure projects comply with IT governance, information security policies, and internal SOE regulations.
- Prepare meeting minutes, management reports, and project documentation archives.
Qualifications
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree (Informatics Engineering, Information Systems, or related fields).
- 1 - 3 years of experience in IT Project Management, IT Operation, or Software Development Support.
- Understand and / or have basic programming experience in .NET: .NET / .NET Core / ASP.NET (basic–intermediate).
- Able to read and understand application code structure.
- Understand Microsoft Azure, especially: Azure Virtual Machine, Azure Storage, Basic Azure Networking (VNet, Subnet), Introduction to Azure Active Directory (Azure AD).
- Experience or understanding of Azure DevOps, especially: Repos (Git), Pull Request and Code Review, Basic pipeline (CI / CD – added value).
- Understand basic project management methodologies (Waterfall / Agile / Scrum).
- Able to create project documentation and reports neatly and structured.
- Good communication, coordination, and teamwork skills.

- Mooring Gang
Daily Responsibilities
- Mooring Ships: Fully responsible for tying ship ropes to bollards at the dock when ships arrive (mooring).
- Releasing Ropes: Safely and timely release ropes when ships are about to sail (unmooring).
- Equipment Use: Operate and maintain mooring equipment such as mooring ropes, heaving lines, and ensure winches function optimally.
- Quick Coordination: Communicate effectively and quickly with Mooring Master and ship crew to ensure docking runs smoothly and safely.
- Security Supervision: Check and ensure ship position is stable and safe during loading and unloading activities.
- Safety Compliance: Strictly comply with all standard operating procedures (SOP) and work safety in high-risk areas.
- Placement in Krueng Raya, Aceh Besar District, Aceh.
Qualifications
- Male aged 20 to 35 years.
- Minimum education Senior High School (Mooring Gang).
