Astra Graduate Program (AGP) is a 2-year management trainee program designed to provide cross-functional exposure across Astra’s 7 Business Lines, with rotations in Marketing, Finance, Human Capital, and Business Operations.

Qualifications

Are you the one we are looking for?

• Bachelor’s degree from any major (preferably Accounting, Economics, Management, Engineering)
• Fresh graduates or maximum 2 years of experience
• Strong analytical and interpersonal skills
• Proficient in English
• Willing to be placed across Indonesia
