Lead Officer - Mine Plan and Operation Control

Job Responsibilities

  • Coordinate, monitor, and control the overall mine planning process and site operational performance to ensure alignment with production targets, master budget, and company standards. The role is responsible for ensuring integration between long-term, mid-term, and short-term plans, as well as evaluating production achievement, equipment productivity, cost efficiency, and compliance with mine plan implementation by site operations.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Mining Engineering or Geology
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Mine Planning, covering both Short-Term and Long-Term Planning
  • Strong understanding of mine design, scheduling, pit optimization, and production forecasting
  • Proven experience in evaluating production performance, equipment productivity, and cost control related to mine plans
  • Proficient in mine planning software: Minescape, SPRY, Minex, and Talpac / Haulsim will be advantage
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
  • Good coordination and communication skills to liaise effectively with site operations and cross-functional teams
  • Willing to be based in Jakarta and travel occasionally as required

Operation Staff Development

Job Responsibilities

  • Design, control, and evaluate training and development programs for production supervisors and operations personnel using a data-driven and competency-based approach. This includes conducting training needs analysis, developing structured competency frameworks, and assessing training effectiveness to ensure alignment with competency standards, HR development strategies, and overall company performance objectives.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Mining Engineering, Civil Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or Geology
  • Minimum 3-5 years of relevant experience in training and development, production, or operational roles (preferably in mining, mining contractor or heavy industry)
  • Fresh graduates with strong academic performance, organizational experience, and relevant internship exposure are welcome to apply
  • Experience in designing and delivering structured training programs is an advantage
  • Strong analytical skills with a data-driven mindset
  • Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills
  • Highly organized, proactive, and able to work collaboratively across functions
  • Willing to be based in Jakarta and travel occasionally as required

SHE System and Compliance Officer

Job Responsibilities

  • Responsible for developing, implementing, and monitoring Safety, Health, and Environment (SHE) management systems to ensure full compliance with regulatory requirements, company standards, and customer expectations within mining operations.

Job Requirements

  • Minimum Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Public Health / Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) / Health (Environmental Health, Nursing, Medicine, Nutrition).
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
  • Good understanding of applicable laws and regulatory requirements.
  • Understanding of public health management and/or occupational health management.
  • Knowledge of workplace environmental hygiene and sanitation practices.
  • Understanding of emergency management plans, particularly related to occupational health.
  • Good communication, analytical and problem solving skills
