Job Description

• Carry out the IT procurement process (hardware, software, and IT services) end-to-end
• Collect and analyze IT needs from related work units
• Prepare technical specifications together with the IT team
• Conduct vendor selection process (RFQ / RFP / tender)
• Perform technical and commercial evaluation of vendors
• Prepare and manage procurement documents and cooperation contracts
• Ensure procurement process complies with internal policies and applicable regulations
• Monitor procurement realization and vendor SLA

Qualifications

• Minimum education Bachelor’s degree (Informatics Engineering / Information Systems / Management / related field)
• Minimum 1-3 years of experience in IT Procurement
• Understand procurement processes, vendor management, and contracts
• Have basic understanding of hardware, software, and IT services
• Able to perform cost analysis and negotiation
• Meticulous, communicative, and able to work with targets
