Job Description
- Field Operations: Lead roll call and shift briefing, inspect guard posts and supervise member performance, prepare shift roster and arrange replacements, coordinate with Aviation Security (AVSEC)
- Administration and Reporting: Compile daily reports from posts, prepare weekly and monthly reports for Security Manager, manage security document archives, prepare written chronology for special incidents, routine reporting to Security Authorities (Kapolsek, etc.)

Job Description
- Responsible to create and develop aviation safety guidelines and related documents and oversee their amendment, distribution and socialization
- Assist and monitor follow-up operational functions in conducting hazard identification and risk analysis including HIRA risk register, aviation management of change (MOC) based on their activities
- Ensure potential hazards, incidents and accidents related to flight operations are reported
- Collect and verify all safety reports both voluntary reports and occurrence reports related to flight operations, including ensuring the fulfillment of follow-up evidence until declared closing status

- Design and oversee Route, Network, Schedule and Revenue Management strategies to support the company's operational and commercial performance
