Customer Service Job Descriptions
- Supporting product marketing (funds, services, and other products) by offering the right product alternatives according to customer needs.
- Providing quality service to customers who come to the branch following the terms and procedures.
- Identifying customer needs.
- Providing up-to-date information / explanations to customers / non-customers.
- Receiving and processing requests : opening and closing accounts, granting / revoking facilities, changing customer data and account data, and other banking services.
- Cross-selling products and services.
- Handling balance inquiries and account mutation inquiries from customers who come to the branch.
- Providing transaction printout / cheque / BG book pickup services , clearing rejection documents, account statements, and other matters related to customer interests.

Teller Job Descriptions
- Handling Front Office operational transactions according to the terms and procedures.
- Processing transactions received based on Sharia Bank terms and procedures.
- Resolving Communication Time Out (CTO) or offline transactions.
- Managing cash procurement within the cash box according to the teller limit.
- Balancing the Teller at the end of the day according to bank procedures.
- Resolving discrepancies on the same day.

Qualifications
- Maximum age of 27 years old
- Minimum education of a Bachelor's degree (S1) in any field.
- Communicative, persuasive, friendly, and meticulous.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Customer Service / Teller in banking, preferably from the Bakti BCA Internship Program.
- Have good product cross-selling skill.

Account Officer
Job Description
- Create an annual work plan based on the established targets.
- Search and select potential customers / prospective customers.
- Create a database of potential customers / prospective customers.
- Market products in accordance with regulations and Sharia Bank principles.
- Provide appropriate Sharia Bank product alternatives according to the needs of prospective customers / customers.
- Conduct approaches and business visits to prospective customers / customers for relationship development, data collection, and required documents.
- Understand customer needs and provide suitable BCA Syariah product and service solutions.
- Serve customers by referring to service standards.
- Collect and verify the accuracy of data / information / documents from prospective customers / customers, both internal and external, required in financing processing and maintenance of existing financing.
- Analyze prospective customers / customers and present the analysis results in the form of processing memos / scoring systems (new / additional / extension / change).
- Maintain and preserve documents or data related to investigation activities.

Qualifications
