Disbursement Officer - Yogyakarta
Job Description
- Ensure that credit application has obtained approval from the authorized officer in accordance with regulations.
- Ensure that the teleconfirmation process to prospective debtors has been carried out and approved.
- Conduct compliance review of credit documents, including completeness, validity, and reasonableness of data.
- Hold credit applications that do not meet requirements and proceed once all provisions have been fulfilled.
- Maintain the quality of credit acquisition to align with internal policies and procedures.
- Ensure that all compliance review checklists have been completed before the credit disbursement process.
- Update application to the Generate Text Account (GTA) process for disbursement into the core banking system.
- Ensure that all processes run according to the established Service Level Agreement (SLA).
- Coordinate with related units (Credit, Risk, Sales, Ops) for smooth disbursement process.
Minimum Qualifications
- Minimum education Bachelor’s degree (S1) from any major.
- Minimum 3 years of work experience, preferably in finance / banking / multifinance sector.
- Experience as KYC / KYB Kredit, Credit Administration, or Credit Reviewer.
- Understand credit disbursement process, compliance, and operational risk mitigation.
- Able to work in detail, systematically, and accuracy-oriented.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Power Point, Word) and other operational support applications.
- Accustomed to working with time targets and SLA.
- Domiciled in Yogyakarta.
