We are hiring:

Health, Safety, Security, and Environment Coordinator

• Riau

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (S1) or equivalent in Engineering or Occupational Health and Safety with at least 5 years of experience in HSE in Oil and Gas, including 2 years in drilling / well workover / well intervention / well servicing operations.
• Bachelor’s degree (S1) non-Engineering or equivalent with at least 7 years of experience in HSE in Oil and Gas, including 2 years in drilling / well workover / well intervention / well servicing operations.
• Diploma (D3) in any major with at least 8 years of experience in HSE in Oil and Gas, including 2 years in drilling / well workover / well intervention / well servicing operations.
• Possess a valid K3 Migas Supervisor Level certificate.
• Possess certificates such as Rig Inspector / H2S Hazard Handling Officer / IWCF / Well Operations Crew Resource Management / Crane Inspector / Authorized Gas Tester / Nebosh IGC / IADC Wellsharp Drilling are preferred.
• Mastery of HSE aspects in drilling operations (lifting and rigging with mobile cranes, working at height, hazardous energy isolation, industrial hygiene, hot work, DROPS, motor vehicle safety, confined space work, waste management, prevention of finger and hand injuries, gas detection, chemical handling safety, and manual handling).

Responsibilities

• Lead / coordinate HSE Advisor in field implementation of Health, Safety, and Environmental Protection (HSE) programs and conduct verification.
• Design, implement, and develop improvement programs for HSE Advisor related to technical aspects of HSE in drilling operations as well as non-technical aspects.
• Understand and monitor the process of workplace accident investigations and root cause analysis methods for incidents / workplace accidents.
• Master and monitor emergency response procedures and the Incident Command System (ICS) emergency response system.
