Remuneration Section Head

Job Responsibilities
- Handle end-to-end payroll processing (salary, overtime, allowances, deductions, BPJS, PPh 21) accurately and on time.
- Manage compensation & benefits and ensure employee entitlements are paid according to company policy and labor regulations.
- Administer employee services, including benefits, insurance, medical, travel, and expense claims.
- Manage BPJS Ketenagakerjaan, BPJS Kesehatan, and pension programs.
- Maintain accurate employee data and HRIS, including attendance, leave, and overtime records.
- Handle employee termination and final payment processes.
- Coordinate periodic Medical Check-Ups (MCU).
- Monitor working hours and employee attendance discipline.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and update management on regulatory changes.
- Prepare and monitor section budget.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline, preferably Accounting, Finance, or Economics
- Minimum 5 years of experience in payroll and remuneration, ideally at Superintendent / Assistant Manager level
- Strong knowledge of Payroll, Compensation & Benefits, and HR Administration
- Good understanding of HR processes, including performance and recruitment support
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Experience with SAP or similar HR / payroll systems is an advantage
- Willing to be based in Jakarta
GA Department Head

Job Responsibilities
- Manage the procurement of goods and services in accordance with expected quality and procurement guidelines to support HO and site operational activities.
- Manage the effective maintenance and upkeep of assets and property to support HO and site operational activities.
- Conduct periodic assessments of these assets to determine whether they are repaired, sold, or replaced.
- Control the implementation of building, vehicle, or facility lease contracts and ensure that the company's obligations and rights are met.
- Ensure program coordination for contracts or tenders for the procurement of required goods.
- Create a department budget plan in accordance with business strategy and direct and ensure that the department's budget is used in accordance with established plans and targets.
- Identify savings opportunities through process efficiencies, vendor negotiations, and requirement consolidation.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
- Minimum 5 years of experience at Manager / Head level in General Affairs, preferably within mining, mining contractor, or manufacturing industries.
- Strong leadership capability with proven experience in managing multi-site operations and cross-functional stakeholders.
- Solid expertise in Office & Building Management, Transportation Management, Civil & Building Projects, and Mechanical, Electrical & Plumbing (MEP), with a strong focus on governance, compliance, and operational excellence.
- Willing to be based in Jakarta with regular travel to site locations.
Procurement Division Head

Job Responsibilities
- Lead and oversee inventory, warehouse, procurement, purchasing, and material delivery operations to ensure business continuity. Drive enterprise procurement strategies, systems and talent development to achieve efficiency, cost optimization, and alignment with the company's long-term objectives.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline; Engineering background is an advantage.
- Minimum 5 years of experience at Senior Manager / Division Head / Executive level in Procurement, preferably within mining contractor, EPC, or related industries.
- Demonstrated leadership capability with proven experience in leading teams, managing cross-functional stakeholders, and driving strategic procurement initiatives.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills at executive level.
- Extensive experience in Category Management, Strategic Sourcing, Purchasing, Procurement Governance & Compliance, Supply Risk Management, and Supplier Evaluation & Relationship Management.
- Willing to be based in Jakarta.
