Qualifications
- Education Diploma 3 / Diploma 4 / Bachelor's degree in Instrumentation and Control Engineering / Electronics Engineering / Robotics Engineering / Mechatronics Engineering / Electronic Applied Engineering (Ind - Teknik Rekayasa Elektronika)
- Preferably with a minimum of 2 years of work experience in the same position in the oil and gas industry (Cyber Rig), Petrochemical, Mining, and Manufacturing
- Understanding of competencies / certificates including: DCS, SCADA, PLC (Siemens, Schneider, Allan Bradley, Honeywell etc.), Microcontroller
- Direct experience with field instrumentation (Ring Topology, Mudbus, Profibus, Analog / Digital Sensors)
- Familiar with Instrumentation Calibration (Pressure Transmitter, Flow Meter, Level Transmitter etc.)
- Experience with Preventive and Corrective maintenance for field instrumentation equipment
- Not afraid of heights and ready to work under pressure
- Willing to work with a roster system on drilling rigs (Onshore / Offshore)
- Physically and mentally healthy
Chief Mekanik

Qualifications
- Minimum education Diploma 3 or Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Naval Engineering, or related fields with at least 2 years of experience as supervisor or chief mechanic on drilling rigs
- Minimum education SMA / SMK with 5-7 years of work experience as Mechanic / Lead Mechanic on drilling rigs
- Understanding of hydraulic systems, pneumatic, accumulator, drawworks, and diesel engines used on rigs
- Familiar with safety standards in the oil and gas industry
- Good leadership and team management skills
- Able to read technical drawings and machine maintenance manuals
Chief Elektrik
- Placement: Area Sumatera
Qualifications
- Minimum education Diploma 3 or Bachelor's degree in Electronics Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related fields with at least 2 years of experience as supervisor or Chief Elektrik on drilling rigs
- Minimum education SMA / SMK with at least 3 years of work experience as Lead Electrician on Electric / Cyber type rigs
- Understanding of troubleshooting diesel gensets and electric motors, PLC and basic control systems, Maintenance (MCC, switchboard, SCR, VFD), and knowledge of grounding, earthing, lightning protection
- Familiar with safety standards in the oil and gas industry
- Good leadership and team management skills
- Able to read One Line Diagram or Electric Schematic drawings
- Problem-solving skills and quick, precise decision-making
- Willing to work with a roster system on drilling rigs (Onshore / Offshore)
