Environmental and Social Analyst

Qualifications

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor or Master's Degree in Environmental Science, Environmental Engineering, Social Sciences, Geography, Forestry or other equivalent disciplines.
  • Minimum 2 years of working experience in environmental and social assessment, sustainability management, particularly for infrastructure projects.
  • Experienced in Environmental and Social Impact Assessment (ESIA), Environmental and Social Management Plan (ESMP) particularly for infrastructure projects funded by international institutions (ADB, World Bank, IFC).
  • Deep understanding related to E&S international standards (e.g., International Finance Corporation (IFC) Performance Standards, World Bank, ADB, and ESG guidelines for financing institutions) and environmental and social regulations in Indonesia.
  • Demonstrate strong analytical skills: ability to collect field data, social / environmental impacts mapping, and provide recommendations for mitigation and have the ability to assimilate and apply new techniques and knowledge quickly to deliver insights and solve problems.
  • Experienced in social development, stakeholder engagement, facilitating community consultations and conflict resolution, or grievance management (FPIC Concept) is an advantage.
  • A passion to contribute to the growth of the team.
  • Having good communication and interpersonal skill.

About the Role

  • We are looking for an experienced Compensation and Benefits / HRIS Specialist to join our Human Capital team. This role is ideal for professionals who are detail‑oriented, analytical, and experienced in payroll, benefits administration, and HRIS management.

Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end payroll calculations through the HRIS system
  • Maintain and regularly update employee administration data within HRIS
  • Administer employee benefits programs in accordance with company policies
  • Maintain, evaluate, and further develop the HRIS system
  • Analyze and allocate labor costs accurately
  • Prepare and submit statutory reports including BPJS, PPh 21 (Income Tax Article 21), and other related reports
  • Conduct and analyze salary surveys to ensure market competitiveness

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Economics, Engineering, Law, Psychology or a related field
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Compensation and Benefits
  • Minimum 6 years of total working experience
  • Prior experience in Human Capital / HR roles

Required Skills

  • Strong understanding of payroll, benefits administration, and labor cost management
  • Experience handling HRIS systems and statutory reporting

Relationship Manager

Responsibilities

  • Conduct comprehensive analysis in various aspects, particularly financing and investment specifically for infrastructure projects.
  • Undertake coaching and collection efforts, rescue / restructuring, and credit settlement for managed debtors and ensure that these efforts are in accordance with the policies / procedures established by the Company.
  • Negotiate in an effort to reach a solution between debtors and creditors / between syndicated creditors / stakeholders / explore the potential for cooperation with debtors as strategic investors.
  • Monitor and review the progress of specific debtors, including reviewing the quality of financing (conductibility) of debtors periodically, in accordance with managed accounts, including conducting site visits to the debtor's business location.
  • Assess and ensure the adequacy of the allowance for impairment losses (CKPN) on special financing in accordance with applicable regulations, in coordination with the relevant division, in accordance with the managed account.
  • Prepare reports for internal and external parties related to the management of special financing for debtors in the Watch list Monitoring, Pre-NPL Watch list, and NPL categories, and ensure that reports to relevant parties are submitted in a timely manner.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in financing / credit / non-performing loans.
  • Minimum Bachelor's degree from Accounting / Economics major, or MT / ODP trainee with relevant experience
  • Have knowledge of the business models of each infrastructure project.
  • Possesses good communication skills in order to establish relationships with internal and external parties.

Preferred Skills

  • Has attended training and certification in financing / restructuring, financing / rescue, and financing settlement.
