General Criteria BFLP Specialist

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree from an accredited university
• Academic / non-academic achievements are an added value
• Active in organizations and social activities, with proven leadership skills
• TOEFL ≥ 500 / IELTS = 5.0 / Prediction Test or equivalent certification from an official institution
• Maximum age 25 years (Bachelor) / 27 years (Master) as of 31 December 2026
• Willing to be placed in all BRI work units across Indonesia
• No immediate family members currently working at BRI

Special Criteria BFLP Commercial Banking

• Active in campus organizations / communities or entrepreneurship
• Academic / non-academic achievements are an added value
• Open to all majors, preferably Agribusiness, Engineering, Economics, Social

Special Criteria BFLP Micro Banking

• Active in social organizations / communities
• Academic / non-academic achievements are an added value
• Open to all majors, preferably Economics, Agriculture, Animal Husbandry, Plantation, Sociology, Anthropology, Forestry, and Food Industry Engineering

Special Criteria BFLP Consumer Banking

• Open to all majors
• Preferably has internship or work experience in partnerships or roles directly related to customers
• Good presentation skills and confidence
• Professional and neat appearance

Special Criteria BFLP Legal

• Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Law from a reputable university
• Master’s degree graduates may apply provided they have a Bachelor’s background in Law
• License or certification in the legal field / advocate profession is an added value

Special Criteria BFLP IT

• Open to IT and related majors, including Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, and other technology-based majors
• Experience and / or certification in IT is an added value
