Job Description

Head of Sub-Branch Office Sharia Service Unit is responsible for leading Sub-Branch Office Sharia Service Unit through excellent service and sharia banking solutions oriented to customer needs in accordance with applicable regulations to improve effectiveness, productivity, and optimal performance.

Minimum Qualifications

• Minimum education Bachelor’s degree (S1) from any major
• Minimum 3 years of experience in marketing / operations / banking services
• Understanding of cash handling, cash and non-cash operations, and warkat
• Knowledge of sharia funding, services, and financing products
• Service-oriented and customer satisfaction focused
• Good leadership skills
• Accustomed to business and operational targets
• Wide professional network
• Strong analytical, communication, and selling skills
• Willing to be placed in Unit Layanan Syariah Padang and Cirebon
