Data Engineering Specialist
Qualifications
- Minimum education Bachelor’s degree in any major, preferably Computer Science, Information Systems, Information Technology, Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, and Data Science;
- Has a good track record and performance profile;
- Able to communicate and build effective relationships with related parties both internal and external;
- Minimum 3 years of work experience in IT;
- Experienced in managing company data, including Data Warehouse, Data Lake, and Big Data;
- Strong understanding of data processing, ETL / ELT, and real-time data processing technologies;
- Experienced in applying effective and efficient database design principles, as well as optimizing data storage system performance;
- Experienced in various programming languages and database management, such as SQL (MySQL, SQL Server, Oracle, DB2, PostgreSQL, etc.), Python, Spark, Kafka, and Hadoop.
Job Description
- Build and maintain optimal data pipelines for various needs, both internal and external / regulator, so they can be accessed, processed, and utilized easily by stakeholders;
- Build large and complex data environments that meet functional and non-functional business requirements to produce data marts as references for stakeholders;
- Identify, design, and implement internal process improvements, such as automating manual processes, optimizing data delivery, and redesigning infrastructure for greater scalability to achieve business process improvement;
- Build infrastructure required for optimal extraction, transformation, and loading of data from various sources using big data technologies to ensure all platforms and data sources used by the company are well integrated;
- Build analytics tools that utilize data pipelines to provide analysis and input for company business strategies to be followed up into acquisition programs, operational efficiency, and other business performance metrics;
- Collaborate with all stakeholders to build data infrastructure to meet stakeholder needs.
Data Visualization Specialist
Qualifications
- Minimum education Bachelor’s degree in any major, preferably Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Information Technology, or Statistics;
- Has a good track record and performance profile;
- Able to communicate and build effective relationships with related parties, both internal and external;
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Data Visualization / Business Intelligence, Data Management, or IT;
- Minimum 1 year of experience in creating dashboards/data visualizations that impact business;
- Understands banking business processes and products;
- Has teamwork ability and good interpersonal skills;
- Knowledge of database queries, such as Oracle, DB2, SQL Server, etc.;
- Proficient in visualization tools, such as Tableau, Power BI, GDS, etc.
Job Description
- Transform datasets and results of quantitative and qualitative analysis into informative and engaging visuals so they can be clearly conveyed to data users;
- Create documentation of visualization sources within the set timeframe so they can be replicated or developed later;
- Design and develop data dashboards, information structure design, and apply effective and interactive visualization principles;
- Analyze dashboard requirement documentation (BRD) that has been created and approved by business and support parties to ensure all business and support needs are properly recorded and fulfilled;
- Analyze patterns, frequency, and effectiveness of dashboard usage by business units, including identifying units with low utilization, mapping unmet data needs, and assessing the extent to which dashboards support decision-making processes;
- Establish data visualization standards and periodically improve dashboard creation standards to accelerate and simplify dashboard development processes.
Management Information System Specialist
Qualifications
- Minimum education Bachelor’s degree in any major, preferably Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Information Technology, or Statistics;
- Has a good track record and performance profile;
- Able to communicate and build effective relationships with related parties, both internal and external;
- Understands banking business processes and products;
- Has teamwork ability and good interpersonal skills;
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Data Management or IT;
- Knowledge of database queries, such as Oracle, DB2, SQL Server, etc.;
- Ability to independently analyze data;
- Experience in processing unstructured data.
Job Description
- Collect, process, analyze, and present data according to the needs of other work units;
- Deliver data according to classification and data security in the information security management system;
- Prepare, manage, and evaluate database quality with appropriate standards;
- Check data quality and security before publication;
- Actively communicate with stakeholders through business partners to understand data needs;
- Clarify the delivery of information related to data provided to other work units;
- Initiate the creation of data marts or data automation adjusted to the frequency of data needs of other work units.
