PT Adaro Andalan Indonesia, formerly known as PT Alam Tri Abadi, was established in 2004. It operates as a holding company with businesses spanning the thermal coal, logistics, land, investments, and power generation sectors. Its operational areas include South Kalimantan, South Sumatra, and Central Kalimantan. The Company and its subsidiaries follow a vertically integrated business model, starting with coal mines as the initial point in their supply chain and culminating with power plants.The Company has achieved notable milestones since its inception. In 2005, it acquired AI, a thermal coal company that had been producing Envirocoal since 1992 under a Government of Indonesia contract. AI’s production surged in 2006, reaching 34.4 million tonnes. Subsequent acquisitions marked the expansion of the Group, including AL in 2009, MIP in 2011, and SCM, LSA, and PCS in 2013. By 2014, SCM commenced commercial production with 890 thousand tonnes of coal.
The Group reached new heights in coal production in 2023, recording 60.77 million tonnes collectively from AI, SCM, LSA, and MIP. That year also marked AI’s receipt of the Gold PROPER award for environmental excellence for the fifth consecutive time. In 2024, the Company embraced a new identity as PT Adaro Andalan Indonesia and made strategic acquisitions, including KPI in June. KPI is tasked with developing a coal-fired power plant in North Kalimantan with a capacity of 1,060 MW.

Corporate Secretary Officer

Job Responsibilities
- Monitor capital market developments and proactively assess issues that may impact the Company as a publicly listed entity, providing timely updates and recommendations to the Board of Directors.
- Serve as a key liaison between the Company and capital market authorities, regulators, and the public (including OJK, IDX, and media) to ensure full compliance with applicable capital market regulations.
- Ensure accurate, consistent, and timely dissemination of relevant information to all stakeholders both internal and external to maintain and enhance the Company’s corporate reputation.
- Assist in the execution of corporate actions, including the preparation and registration of prospectuses, circulars, and other required announcements.
- Support the Head of Corporate Secretary Division in organizing the General Meetings of Shareholders (Annual and Extraordinary), public exposes, and other corporate events to ensure smooth and compliant execution.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor degree in Communications, Law, Business, Economics, or related field. Master degree would be an advantage
- 2-3 years of working experience in related field
- Good knowledge in General Business, Public and Media Relation, Strategic Communications, Capital Market and Corporate Law
- Good communication skill in English, both oral and written
- Willing to be placed in Jakarta
Corporate Communication Officer

Job Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with the public and media to support and enhance the company’s corporate activities and reputation.
- Draft materials for executive management press releases and speeches to support effective and strategic corporate communications.
- Prepare periodic media analyses and news summaries for distribution to the Director as part of ongoing media monitoring activities.
- Coordinate and organize corporate events, including press conferences, media gatherings, press tours, talk shows, media workshops, Public Expose sessions, CSR activities, exhibitions, and other corporate events to ensure smooth and successful execution.
- Monitor, update, and analyze news coverage and potential issues that may negatively impact the company’s reputation, and prepare appropriate counter-statements to ensure accurate and effective information dissemination.
- Coordinate with internal departments regarding media visits to ensure accurate, consistent, and effective communication of company information.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor degree in Communications, Public Relations, or related field
- 1-2 years of working experience in related field (fresh graduate are welcome to apply)
- Good competencies in Public Relation, Writing and Reporting, Documentation Management, and Detail Oriented
- Good communication skill in English, both oral and written.
- Willing to be placed in Jakarta.
