Job Description
Bina BNI is one of BNI's programs to build the nation. This program is part of training and job guidance for the workforce without experience by providing knowledge, skills, and abilities conducted in an integrated manner between theory-based training and direct practice.Registration opens on April 22, 2026, at 00:01 WITA and closes on April 26, 2026, at 23:59 WITA. Participants who pass the selection will be informed via BNI official SMS.
Minimum Qualifications
- Indonesian citizenship
- Fresh graduate, never had work experience
- Minimum education High School (SMA) to Bachelor's degree (S1) with requirements:
- Average score on report card semester 5 and 6 for High School (SMA) graduate / equivalent minimum 7
- GPA for Diploma 1 to Bachelor's degree minimum 2.75
- Age 18 to 25 years old by April 1, 2026
- Physically and mentally healthy and not color blind (proven by bringing a Doctor’s Certificate at the time of document submission)
- Able to communicate well
- Never involved in drug cases or other legal violations, proven by Police Record Certificate (SKCK) brought at the time of document submission
- Parental approval to join the Bina BNI internship program
- Unmarried and willing not to marry during the internship period
- No prior work experience or participation in similar training programs either in fields related to the internship position or other fields
- Willing to be placed in BNI Regional Office 08 area (Bali, NTB, and NTT)
- Placement of Bina BNI is under the authority of Regional Office 08
